Newvine Law is owned and operated by local, Arlette Newvine, Esq

Arlette’s family moved to Pahrump in 1993. Arlette has seen this town grow over the years and saw a huge need for a dedicated attorney here in Pahrump. Arlette has strived to fill that role the last 9 years she has been in business.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Arlette attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2016. She then moved back to her hometown to take the Nevada Bar Exam and open her business. Since opening her business, Arlette has been heavily involved in the community, making donations and sponsorships geared towards inspiring the youth in her community to dream BIG.

Arlette is licensed to practice in all State and Federal Courts in the State of Nevada. With a passion for justice, she proudly takes on big insurance companies to obtain fair compensation for accident victims. In fact, Arlette was just voted by her peers in the Nevada Justice Association as the 2026 Rising Star of the Year in recognition of her dedication to the civil justice system. 

She prides herself on her ability to settle cases, take cases to trial, if necessary, and her ability to meet her clients where they are to help them through some of the toughest times of their life. Legal issues can be a very difficult thing to go through alone.
